A quieter experience would be welcome!!! Parking difficulties left me frustrated, and the noise from nearby church bells interrupted my sleep!!! Cleanliness in common areas could use some attention!!!

Family with children will love it here
The staff was nice and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing me to prepare meals for my family without any hassle.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable for what we got.

The hotel boasts a great location near major attractions, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a longer stay. However, cleaning services were lacking, with trash removed infrequently, and some amenities like the dining area seemed unnecessary. Still, the staff provided thoughtful touches for families.

missingWrote a review on Aug 01central locationmodern kitchenettecleaning inconsistencies
Right in the center, this hotel's spot makes hitting up the main sites a breeze. The modern one-bedroom apartment comes with a well-stocked kitchenette, perfect for whipping up meals whenever you want.
The air conditioning didn't perform as expected, leaving me without proper cooling despite the summer heat. Cleaning isn't daily, which was a letdown. some smaller surfaces felt neglected, and I spotted dust on certain items. Plus, I felt a bit uneasy walking back late at night, as the area had some homeless folks. That said, timing my returns before 10 PM did help ease my mind, but it’s something I'd note if you're traveling with a family.

missingWrote a review on Jun 21great locationcomfortable apartmentquiet environmentexpensive parking
We had an amazing time during our group trip! The location was perfect for exploring, with the church and lovely restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed sailing on the Alster Lake, such a beautiful backdrop! The apartment was great and had everything we needed. It was nice and quiet. For anyone planning to visit, consider checking out the bakery nearby for some delicious treats.
Unfortunately, our parking experience was a bit frustrating. The hotel parking was full, and the alternative they suggested ended up being much more expensive than another option we found. It was a hassle after a long drive.
